Event 0x8009030c after password change.

HP SIM 5.x on W2K3. After changing the password of the user account used (member of local admin group, no AD) I get the Event "SSPI handshake failed with error code 0x8009030c while establishing a connection with integrated security; the connection has been closed. [CLIENT: []"
HP SIM Webpage can't be loaded.

Setting the password back fixes the problem.

The password was change in the "Security" diaog of HP SIM before changing it in Windows, in SEA and for the HP Insight service which runs with that user.

Any thoughts?
