Event filter settings not working

In the Event Filter Settings I have marked 'Accept registrered event with severity' and marked all.
In 'Accept traps from discovered systems in IP ranges:' I have *.
I have also in *Discard traps from discovered systems in IP ranges:' entered 10.13.76.50 to filter the events from this system.

But it doesn't work. I still get events from this system. What do I do wrong??
