Event to Trap Translator - Mibs

I am trying to use the Event to Trap Translator to send specific events to Insight manager 5. I have written a MIB which I think from the information that I have found is correct, I have compiled using mcompile and registered it using mxmib how ever I still only get Generic Unregistered traps coming through. Has anybody got this working before? Is there anything i'm missing? I have attached a copy of the MIB in case anybody can shed any light on the matter.
