Event Viewer Error with relation to HP System Insight Management

Hello,

My event viewer displays the following errer every 1 minute or thereabouts (see attached). I was wondering would anyone be able to help me clear this message.

Any ideas?

I can see HP System Insight Man(is it manager or management agent?)
R u running HP SIM on that server fine?
it say DB verification error. what is db u r using?
