excluding devices for collection, query, task

I am unable to create a collection (event query or task) when I define system names to be excluded. i.e.
"system name" "does not contain" "cx" .
regardles of other specifications, if the above is used the whole collection, task, query will not run.
Is this a known bug?
Is my logic just wrong?

The task will not run if you dont have any systems in the target collection.
Click on the target collection from "lists and collections panel" and make sure that you have some systems that meet the criteria.
There is nothing wrong with ur logic or HPSIM :)
