export to csv strips out data

When I run an inventory report, I am most interested in the item "Product model". The report runs fine and displays all of the correct information. When I export this to a CSV file, the column is titled ProductName and all cells are empty.

This is a known problem which will be fixed in SIM 4.2.

Thanks, Any idea when 4.2 will be out, I have a desktop refresh due very soon and I need make and model info. Any other sugestions?

SIM 4.2 will be out before the end of the year.

One possible workaround if you have SQL 2000 would be to take the SQL queries and paste them into SQL query analyzer.
