Failed to deploy Firmware and Software.

I have my VCRM installed on same Box where my SIM5 is.

I tried the option Deploy -->Install Software and Firmware, choose one Windows 200 Box, I choosed my SIM5 server as a Version Repository, choose the software bundle(7.40) then run.

I got an error Status Failed then Agent Failed Command. I'm I missing sonthing.

Login Account: sim5\VCmanager

the VCmanager is a member of local admin account in the sim5 machine. do I have to make this account a member of Domain Admins so it has rights on the target machine...

Not ideal, but worth trying a dom admin account just to prove or eliminate that theory. I always create a domain group and nest this into the local admin group on all servers and workstations. That way I can just add an account to this domain account and it has local admin rights where needed and nothing else. I assume the machine trusts the HPSIM and if you choose tools|Version Control from SIM you can select the VCRM?
