filter out unneccessry events in auto event handling

All,

I was trying to filter out certain events when configuring the automatic event handling and it did not work. For example, I setup automatic handling task to email me when a critical event occurs and event category does not contain unreachable and I still getting the email notification. In summary, I don't want to receive any email notification when servers are being rebooted. I also wanted to filter other unneccessary events that are not important.

I'm having the same issue. I have setup a few filters for particular servers, yet I still receive email notifications for those servers every night.
