GbE2c Ethernet Blade Associations

I have a blade enclosure with 4 GbE2c ethernet blades installed. I have configured all four with management IP addresses and verified connectivity from/to my HP Sim server.

I have discovered the enclosure/Onboard admistrators within HP SIM. Also discovered was the four blades and they were assigned names like {rackname}_{enclosurename}_{slot}-REAR. But, they do not show a "system address" and they all show "HWStatus: Disabled".

I then performed discovery on the MGMT IP addresses of the four switches and HP Sim correctly discovered them as "GbE2c Ethernet Blade Switch...". But, they show up as a new system that is not associated with the BLADE ensclosure.

Is it possible to associate them? If so, how do I do this?

I have already tried removing and re-discovering the enclosure/OAs with no luck.

Thanks
