Hanging before login & I have patched

Fresh install of T2415BA_4.01.00.01_Win (HP Systems Insight Manager 4.1 with SP1 - Windows) and patched with SP26191 to aparantly avoid this hang. When using the patch I get:

This HP Systems Insight Manager patch is already installed. No changes being made.

But it still hangs on the inital page before login. Rebooted and reinstalled numerous times. Anything else I can check?

Are you saying that when you applied SP26191 the first time it said that the patch was installed?
That sounds a bit odd as I don't think any HPSIM release has come out with the patch included.
Did you reboot between the initial HPSIM install and applying the patch. Not sure if it's a requirement.

If you have another browser (e.g. Firefox) try browsing to hpps://HPSIMServer:50000 from your workstation. Firefox was not affected by the MS Patch.
You might want to download and install either 1.4.2_05 or 1.4.2_06 of the JRE onto your workstation as well.
