Hard Drive Failure not sending trap info to HP SIM

I had a hard drive failure this morning on one of my DL380 G2 servers. Normally, when there is a hard drive failure we receive an alert/email stating such. Event view and Integrated Management Viewer show hard drive failure but alert was never sent to my SIM 5.1 server. I double checked SNMP settings and everything is correct. Does anyone know why this would happen? All other hard drive alerts from other servers work fine.

My mistake it is a DL360 G4
