Hardware Status "Failed" can NOT be queried on in HPSIM

I just found out that a server with an external tape device can get a "failed" status if one of the tape devices fails. (visible as failed on the System Homepage)

However, all my own queries and the default queries don't allow you to search for "failed" server.
You can only select Critical, Major, Minor as a hardware failure condition/status. A server with a "failed" condition can exist without any warming.

Seems like a bug ?
