Health Status

We are running Systems Insight Manager 5.2 with SP1 – Windows.

All the servers are reporting back all information correctly, apart from one.

The server is running HP System Management Homepage v2.1.11.197 and has 1 error but this error is not been show SIN. I have checked and double checked all the settings with a server that is working correctly and there seems to be no different apart from the version software.

Does anyone know if there is a problem with the current version or if anyone is having similar problems?

Are you able to receive test trap generated from the server? If you are not able to receive a test trap consider checking the snmp settings.
