Help Needed: linux servers not sending SNMP traps to my Windows SIM
I have installed PSP on my linux servers and set up the snmp.conf as described in HP guides. However, all snmp traps cannot be sent to my SIM server except test traps triggered from the system manager homepage.
Did anyone face the same problem before?

Re: Help Needed: linux servers not sending SNMP traps to my Windows SIM
You mention you are not getting any traps to HP SIM Server except from SMH Home page, Does the others include OA and ILO , If so you need to manually config ILO and OA to send traps to your CMS Server, This can be done via GUI'ing into OA/ILO 2 and look for HP SIM Tab.
Performance is compulsion and not an option if my existence is to be justified.
