Help with HPSIM and ESX Servers

We are in the process of reworking our DAta Center. We currently have 40 blade servers running Windows 2003, and will be adding 20 additional servers running Running VMware ESX. Where can I get some reading to it connected, and to see what it could do for me?

http://www.hp.com/servers/activeanswers --> Infrastructure solutions --> VMware for server consolidation and virtualization and there are a number of documents that will be helpful.
