High Level capabilities for HP SIM 6.2

Hi,

I am looking at Asset and Capacity Management I am trying to document a high level capabilities  for HP SIM 6.2.  Can any HP SIM expert help me answer these below questions?

Problem analysis: What are types of problem analysis performed?
Remote monitoring: What are the parameters monitored? Server uptime, Memory, CPU, Disk etc?
Performance monitoring/reporting
Automated notification: I assume that all the parameters monitored could be notified.
What are the devices monitored by HP SIM? Apart from Servers.
Discovery, Data collection and inventory : Servers, Memory, CPU, DISK, OS, Storage, Contract details, anything else?
Scalability: For Standard and Enterprise versions.
Reporting Format: Excel, PDF
Heterogeneous Environment: Windows, UNIX, Linux?

Does it have Capabilities for:

Current and Predictive Capacity Alerting:
Capacity Incidents/Problems reporting:
Identifying potential capacity bottlenecks:
Automated and customized reporting (With Scheduling features)
Captures historical performance metrics (Performance trends for Defined Time period)? What is the duration of historical Data (1 year) ?
Identify Under/Over utilized Servers.
Disk,CPU, Memory, Storage Usage reports.
Graphical analysis of resources (Memory, CPU, Disk etc.)
Alerting for server with capacity problems.
Server Availability report.
RCA (Tools, statistics, etc. to help determining the root cause of a failure).
