How add servers into SIM which are not in the network ?
Hi All,
As per our policy, we always need to power-off 40% our LAB machines. And, i would like to go for SIM for my Inventory management.
SIM is able to discover all of machines which are in the network. I would like to know, the boxes which are not off-line (the boxes which are not in the network), how to add them to SIM ?
Thanks.

Re: How add servers into SIM which are not in the network ?
I am not sure if it makes any sense adding servers which are not in the network.
THe only way to add servers is via IP address. You can add them manualy with the manual discovery.

Well to add like the other said only IP,but if you would love to keep it has only for inventory, you wont get all the feature that SIM's is so good for.
