how do i monitor windows events with HP SIM 5.2?

OK i have it all setup

however when I go here:

Event Monitoring Service

Configure and view resource monitoring requests on the managed node. This tool runs on HP-UX systems only.

How do I get the windows stuff happening?

eg. just say it's print server. If my spooler kicks over I wanna get an email about it.

Hi

You must keep in mind that HP SIM is primarly target hardware monitoring...For instance, if your print server Hard drive fails, Insight agents will alert HP SIM through SNMP...

EMS is a HP UX only code, it cannot work for windows boxes.
a
Now Considering application monitoring, one should turn to dedicated software like HP Operation Mangager or Sitescope...

However, HP SIM has a limited capability of checking windows processes. When installed on a server, the insight agents (SNMP based)provide a control panel applet that allows the admin to set some checks on windows processes. It can monitor either start, stop or start and stop of services. Still I am not sure it will work on crashes of services or processes.

Once configured, whenever a process starts or stops, the insight agent will send asnmp trap to HP SIM. The latter can be configured to react on those specific traps to send an email.
This can be achieved through the option / events /automated event handling task menu.

hope it helps
