How do you install the latest PSP in the VCRM??

Could someone please explain to me the simplest way to install the latest PSP on the insight VCRM?
being somewhat new to HP SIM and going thru many manuals and guides I have not found a clear method.
Another thing I want to clarify for myself: Once the VCRM has a PSP version available I should be able to install the VCA agent by going to Deploy->Deploy,drivers,firmware and agents->Initial PSP install
Correct?
