How do you permanently disable remote support?

I have tried removing all systems from inside the console, deleting the add to remote support jobs from the tasks, and all sorts of things, but cannot keep SIM from discovering and using remote support. Do I have to unistall it completely? And If so, does anyone know the steps to remove it?
