How to add the firmwares/Bios ... in the VCRM

Hello.
I have many PSP in my VCRM (6.40, 7.30, 7.40 ..) but when I log on the VCA of any of my servers, the installed version of the rompaq, Smart firmware ... is listed but in the packages list I don't see any new version of these products, like if they was no bios/firmwares in the PSPs. I have the firmware CD, how can I add them in the PSPs ? Do I have to copy the entire CD or search for the .EXE/.XML files and copy them in the VCRM ?
