Hi, When I changed a username and password to account services (Windows services) Hp Insight cannot runs, please tell me, what I will to do?

Hi Pawel,

Sorry someone has not responded to you earlier (I see you have posted this 3 times).

Just taking guess without seeing your system, I would say you might want to take a look at the rights you gave your account. Is it a local administrator of the box? If not, try making it a local admin.

I run my SIM service using localsystem and not an actual account and I have never run into any problems. I don't use SSH, so maybe that would not work. But otherwise, you should be able to get away with not using any account at all and just use localsystem.

After 10 minutes, when I changed password and name account - HP service ran.

Now my SIM service using accout, which is in admingroup.
