How to enable blinking lights for hard drives

I have this capability on all other servers in SIM, except this one I am working on. Any help is appreciated.

Server type, Agent Version, OS?

Server type - DL380
Agent version - 6.4
OS - 2000

SNMP sets must be enabled and a Read/Write community string must be present.

SNMP agents were and still are set. The agents were uninstalled and re-installed last night, I also restarted the SNMP service. Still no drop down to blink the lights.
