How to monitor for drive failure or array failure in SIM

Hello,

I would like to monitor SCSI/SAS drives on our HP servers in the event a drive fails or an array fails due to a drive failure and receive an alert via SIM. Is this possible?

It's the agents on the server that detect failures on Arrays etc. they send an SNMP Trap back to HPSIM.

Check an SNMP Trap Destination has been set to point back to the HPSIM Server.

Check you have the HP Management Agents installed.
