How/what to charge cu for SIM Install, Config, etc

Hi All,

How much do we charge customer, if we install, Configure, and train customer on how to use SIM. Is there any standard charge for this type of serves?

Server Type: Linux, win, and hp-ux up to 10 servers to start.
