HP Insight Control Storage Module for vCenter

we have downloaded this and installed it on our sim server and most of it works ok

however when in VC and you click the link to launch HP SIm it launches and then comes up with a signin failure and when sim emails me the details of the failed login it appears the snapin is not using the credentials that we have specfied on the HOMe->HP INSIGHT SOFTWARE page. (not sure if this is the right forum to post this on so sorry in advance)

Is anyone else using this plugin and managed to get it to launch SIM ok and autologin to it ?
