HP Insight Diagnostics not working

Hello,

we are using 2 ML-370 G4 and one DL-360 Server. On the ML-370 machines the HP Insight Diagnostics cannot collect informations about hardware at loading the Insight Diagnostics web site. If I do the same on DL-360 the Insight Diagnostics is working fine. What can i do to get Insight Diagnostics working on the other machines? Any hints are appreciated.
