DL380 G5 Storage server minor helath warning in SIM

I have just installed a DL380 G5 Windows 2003 storage server in my network. In SIM 5.1 it shows with a yellow icon on the HW health status. But if I open the System Management homepage there is no item which is not healthy (green).
There seems to be something special with the 2003 Storage system as the VCA also only shows the BIOS updates for theserver and the Smart Arrays. Nothing for the other software like VCA itself, System Management homepage, agents etc.
Any ideas?

Suggested several things, among others delete and readd server. This helped.
