HP Insight Manager and Act (Sage)

Hp Insightmanager will not install due to the fact that ACT is locking the SQL database.
I want Hp Insightmanager to install a new instance of MSDE, but it will not do so.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I'm not sure that you can have multiple instances of MSDE running.
If you have SQLServer (or some other DB's) elsewhere in the organisation then HPSIM can create a database there.
