hp insight wbem providers install failed

i have a problem with installing HP Insight Management WBEM Providers for Windows Server 2003/2008
(32 bit support) (cp010312.exe)
i don't know why this installation is failling every time !
finally after many uninstall and install i got an install log file from launching this command :{msiexec /i hpwbemproviders.msi /qn /li installog.txt}
i attached this file here
can any one help me please ?

Is the rest of the Proliant Support Pack installed and up to date?
These providers will rely on other components.

I don't know what the status codes mean, but at a guess the final item recording a 3 looks suspicious, that seems to indicate it doesn't have permission to do something.
What OS version is this installing on?

Hi Rob
we are deploying new images for Front end servers with scripted OS image based on (windows 2003 server R2 SP2 and PSP 8.20)
-we are configurin restricted security and permission rules on this server , so i ask if this will be the source of the problem ? if yes i want to know what exactly are permissions need to make WBEM package installed correctly ?

Sorry, can't help you at that level of detail.
You may need to log a call with HP or try and figure it out by trial and error.
