HP ISM logon problems

When using http://hostname:280 to logon, the correct secure logon URL screen is displayed. However, when the correct credentials are provided and entered, the Hostname:5000/mxportal/home/mxportalframes.jsp URL is unavailable.

After further investigation I found that after installing ISM the following home page was configured:-

localhost:5000/mxportal/home/mxportalframes.jsp

Q. Why has "localhost" been configured in the GUI homepage address and not the net bios "hostname" of the CMS as suggested in the installation guide?
