Unable to install system insight manager

I am changing the server I would normally run insight manager on. This install is a new install. I downloaded the software and clicked the executable where the dos screen comes up I then select option 4 to install the hp system inisht manager 4.1 however after doing the system check It never installs (it says not run) can someone help me with this.

You might want to provide some details of the architecture, OS etc. that you're trying the install on.
HPSIM can install on a number of platforms.

Check that you have met the pre-requisites, read the release notes etc.
