HP management Login problems

I am having difficulty logging into one of my servers whether I try logging in locally or using Insight manager remotely. No matter what I try, I cannot log in. I was able to log into this server a few days ago. I have not made any changes to any of the HP software configurations, etc. I really do not want to reinstall this server from scratch. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I had once the same trouble i reinstall HPM,but wont need to reinstall since the version i see is old 2.1.2.127
