Hp SIM 4.2 and automatic discovery

Hi everyone,

We have HP SIM 4.2 running but for some reason, when I do an automatic discovery of servers, It does not find our Blade servers, alot of our Windows 2000 & 2003 servers. Why is this.

I was able to import our NT 4 servers from data migration off our old Compaq insight manager.

I believe I am running the latest version on our HP SIM server:

Operating system: Windows 2000
Version: Systems Insight Manager 4.2 with SP1 - Windows
Build version: C.04.02.00.01
Build date: 2004-11-19 20:44

Plug-in applications:

Product Name Version Number
HP Performance Management Pack 3.1
HP BladeSystem 1.00
