HP Sim 5.1 and WWN collection?

I see fields (and a view) in the 5.1 schema for WWN info (i.e. World Wide Names), but no data. Is this for future use? If not, under what circumstances should I expect data to be collected? I am interested in WWNs for both DL and Blades with HBAs.

I guess those fields get populated if you manage EVA's and XP storage systems using HP SIM and Storage Essentials.

You are probably correct - that makes sense anyway. I was really hoping to find a way to inventory the WWNs on my servers so when we see a WWN on a SAN switch, we can tell what server it belongs to. If any one has a script and/or suggestion ....
