HP SIM 5.2 on Windows Server 2008 x86

Hi

I'm having troubles getting started with the HP SIM on the fysical windows 2008 server machine. When the service starts it gives the following error in event viewer after a minute:

com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error loading database verification handler 'com.hp.mx.database.MsSqlVerificationHandler'

com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error accessing database
However the credentials I used give me access to the SQL Server 2005 DB. The sqlserver is also used for the Vmware VirtualCenter, but I don't think that is causing the problem. Can anyone assist?

ADDITIONAL INFO:

when i start HP SIM from console then the following error appears (see attachment)
