Does anyone know how to get HP SIM to "talk" to HP Openview?
I preferrably want some additional details regarding the server hardware to get into HP Openview. We have an HP openview agent on all HP servers.. In addtion, HP SIM is monitoring all servers.
We want to be able to look to one console (HP Openview) instead of looking at two (HP SIM and HP Openview).
Please let me know...

Solution
Which OpenView product are we talking about? There is a free download for Network Node Manager from http://www.hp.com/servers/manage --> Other Management Integration Solutions
If you are using OpenView Operations for Windows, then there are policies that will autodiscover the presence of the Insight Agents. There are whitepapers about it that can be accessed from the link above.
