HP SIM and IBM Director

Anyone running both HP SIM and IBM Director on the same server? If so, which versions and are you aware of any special conditions?

Tried it did not work for us. Most of are IBM are old tried different versions of Director 5.2, 4.2. Problem was the IBM Log file started getting larger and larger one point it grew to 12 gb. I have to go in every couple of days delete it.

The IBM servers do not make a large amount of our servers. About 350 out of 6500 servers. So did not really put a lot of effort into finding out why the logs grew so I installed it on a virtual server.

Sorry didn't see your reply till now. We too have an equally small portion of IBM's. We'll probably do likewise and just put up a VM to handle the director. Thanks for the comments.
