HP SIM database is empty for new user

Hi folks,

Something strange happened here.
I added a new colleague into my HP SIM (5.2).
I copied the authorizations from my user.
The new user can logon to HP SIM but the datase is empty. He sees non of the devices.
Has anybody an idea ?

hi,

sorry to state the obvious but you have double checked the users authorizations/toolboxes against yours in hp sim ?

Yes,
I did check that.
I was looking further into it yesterday and I have the impression that the users that I created since the DB is moved (to a production shared SQL environment) doesn't see anything.

Does anybody know in which table the translations between the authorization and the devices tables is made ?
