HP SIM Insight Manager 5.2 SP2 download

Hi,
I am trying to download the latest version of Insight Manager for a few days now and after filling up my details I get:

Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Our system is experiencing some difficulties. Please try again later.
"
Is there any way the error will be corrected in the next couple of days? Or perhaps I could download the install from a different location?

It seems it is not limited to just HP SIM and has been this way since this past weekend. HP still hasn't posted a message with any information as to what is going on, so who knows when we will be able to download and put their products to use. I spoke to a rep on the phone yeterday and she said that the "software depot" is down and that they were trying to restore the free download areas. Unfortunately, she had no estimated time for it to be operational again.

I think it's unusual for something like this to be unresolved after so many days.

I haven't been able to find an alternative download site either.
