I have problem with installing ICE 2.20.
I am not able to install Remote Support Pack.

We are trying to install on d:.
Is it supported to install on another partition than c:

You can install it on any partition. We never faced such issue.

Try to install it separately it will be as name rsswm folder.

Which file starts the installation of Remote Support Pack on the DVD 2.20.

As stated earlier it is in \rsswm folder.

Hi Mikael,
"ISEE_CMS_SWMAgent_install.js" is the file to install ISEE from the folder.
