HP SIM on HP Storage

I attempted to install the new HP SIM 6 on our HP Storage Server running Windows Storage Server 2003 SP2 - 64bit, but each attempt fails. Is SIM compatable with this OS?

Licensing for Windows Storage Server is different from Windows Server. It explicitly states that it cannot be used for purposes other than storage serving. For that reason, while there should be no obvious compatibility issues, Storage Server is not on the support list nor is it tested.
