HP SIM/SEA Notifications - Disable Notify HP

I'm currently having a problem with HP SIM 7 and SEA.

I want to turn off the ability to automatically notify HP or critical system events, but be able to still have these alert us internally and externally via email.

In SEA I try to turn off the "HP Remote Support Notification (Remote Support client V5 installed), but this keeps turning itself back on. It also appears that in SEA I'm unable to specify any type of SMTP authentification details and thus can't send email alerts externally via our mail server.

Am I looking in the right place to configure this? Any help would be much appreciated, the documentation/guides hasn't helped me much.

You can disable the transport for spezific are all devices under SIM ->options-> Remote Support configuration -> Entitlement tab ->Action Transport disable

You could simply disable the DESTA services and SIM will work as normal whilst autosupport will be disabled.
