HP SIM solution for Guest OS
I am aware of a solution for Host ESX's however,is there a HP SIM solution for *Guest* OS?

There is very little information that is interesting about a guest since it is a synthetic device and nothing can "break." The information HP SIM is able to collect using standard interfaces such as WBEM/WMI is sufficient for the few things that are meaningful, such as how many CPUs were configured, how much memory, how much disk, and how much disk space.

Except when you go from a physical to a virtual server there are a number of monitoring things you do lose. Threshold alerts, service monitoring to name two.
And with ESX with no VCA there's no easy way of seeing firmware levels etc.
Probably just spoilt with HPSIM and physical servers and what we can monitor / have visibility of.
