HP SIM - Uncleared Events & EMail Notifications
I have two issues:
1) When I click on the Uncleared Events (Critical, Major, etc.) the browser will take me to a 'All Systems: Critical Uncleared Events' window but nothing with be displayed, even though there are 4 Uncleared Critical Events.
2) I have the events emailing to a shared mailbox and a on call pager. The events are triggering the email but only to the mail address and not to the pager email address. I can send test pages to the pager without any problems. Are the attempts logged somewhere?

Re: HP SIM - Uncleared Events & EMail Notifications
Chris,
For 1) does anything appear in the display?
You should get "No entries meet the current list criteria"
I don't know if it will help, but I believe the Tables are created by the JRE, you might want to try clearing the JRE Cache, right click on the JRE Icon.
For 2) is this a single task going to two locations, if so I'd try creating two separate tasks and just e-mailing to a single location. Might help identify the issue.
