HP SIM V5.1 installed on W2K3, SP1

The majority of W2K3 servers that are being monitored are on one subnet (103). I have a few that are on another subnet (102). The servers that are on (102 subnet) are being monitored by HPSIM, however, when one of these servers is rebooted on subnet (102)we aren't getting notification. I also have a few on another subnet (55) and having no problems. Not sure what to look for. Any ideas?
