HP SIM/Verson Control Repository Manager
Hi - I have a number of issues affecting my VCRM.
I'm running HP SIM v6.3 (exact version as per attachment), and the VCRM is 7.1.0.910, both on the same W2K8R2 server. The server is a DL380G6, with 12Gb RAM. The database runs on a seperate SQL2008 farm.
My issues are:
1. The SW field in SIM for all my devices has the white 'i' symbol.
I've tried running Manage Communication and Software polling and these appear to complete OK, but the SW field doesn't update. This is the same for both Windows and Linux devices
2. The performance of the VCRM has never been what I'd call fast, but it seems very slow. E.g. Catalogue - Configure a Component takes many minutes to update each screen.
Any ideas on what I should be looking at?
Cheers, Phil
