HP SIM Web JetAdmin

When I look under Tools->Integrated Consoles-I do not have WebJet Admin. How do I install this feature?

http://www.hp.com/servers/manage --> HP SIM --> plug-ins --> WebJetAdmin --> Integrate with HP Systems Insight Manager
