I recently changed the password to the account used to access and manage HP SIM. Well since this change I am not able to access HP SIM via the website or even locally. I did attempt to return the password to the old version but that did not work either. any help is welcomed.
Oh before i forget i am using verion 5.0
I also noticed this error message in the application logs.
com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error loading database verification handler 'com.hp.mx.database.MsSqlVerificationHandler'
com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error accessing database
Thanks in advance,
Tony
