HP SIM with UAG 2010

I am trying to configure UAG to allow my SIM server on my internal network to monitor my UAG Array. I have other system managment working such as AntiVirus, SCOM, KMS........ working just fine. I have been unable to get SIM to communicate. If I watch the TMG logs while SIM is trying to discover the server the traffic is blocked by the default rule so my settings in UAG must not be matching up.

 

Has anyone set this up?
